Anamika D. has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Anamika currently serves as the Senior Director of Business Relations and Corporate Transformation - Finance at SGI since 2022. Previously, they worked at Western Financial Group as the Vice President of Business Transformation from 2020 to 2021, where they laid the foundation for transformation and implemented a customer-centric operating model. Before that, they were a Senior Advisor at Enbridge, where they acted as a strategic advisor between the Technology + Innovation Lab and core business functions, focusing on enhancing process efficiency and reliability.

Anamika also has experience at ATB Financial, where they held multiple roles, including Senior Product Manager of Customer Experience and Transformation, Product Manager of the Robotics Centre of Excellence, Senior Business Analyst of Operational Excellence, and Intermediate Business Analyst of BPM, Strategy & Operations. Additionally, they worked at McKinsey & Company as an Analyst, supporting projects in various functional domains for clients across different industries. Prior to that, they worked as a Faculty member at the Teachwell Institute, teaching Logical Reasoning.

Throughout their career, Anamika has demonstrated their expertise in business process transformation, innovation, and technology implementation. Anamika has successfully led teams, developed strategies, and facilitated project execution across multiple organizations.

Anamika D. pursued an Executive MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2020 to 2022. Anamika also simultaneously pursued another Executive MBA from Schulich School of Business - York University during the same period. Prior to that, they obtained a Lean Management & Continuous Improvement Extension Certification from Mount Royal University in 2017 and 2018. Their undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from Maharshi Dayanand University.
