Dawn Anaquod - Mhrm

Dawn Anaquod has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Dawn currently holds the position of Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, Inclusion, Indigenous Relations, and Safety at SGI. In this role, they are responsible for leading a department of HR professionals, developing recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, and overseeing programs for SGI and SGI Canada. Prior to this, Dawn was the Director of Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion at SGI, where they actively participated in HR strategic planning and led a team of HR professionals.

Before joining SGI, Dawn held managerial roles at SaskPower, where they managed customer care operations and was responsible for managing teams and ensuring operational and financial metrics were met. Dawn also worked at Saskatchewan Transportation Company as the Executive Director of Human Resources & Payroll, where they led the HR division and implemented the shutdown of the organization.

Dawn has also worked at Canada Post, CGI, and Crown Investments Corporation of Saskatchewan, gaining experience in operations management, HR services, recruitment, and analysis.
