Iain Fyfe

Iain Fyfe, CPA, currently serves as a Tax Specialist at SGI, where responsibilities include direct and indirect tax work, with a focus on commodity tax for financial institutions and an expanding knowledge of corporate income tax for insurance companies. Prior to this role, Iain worked at Wyth Financial as a Tax Reporting Analyst from August 2014 to May 2022, ensuring timely and accurate tax compliance and advancing the reporting process, while also contributing to the accurate loading of external files to the general ledger. Additional experience includes a term assignment as a Senior Leasing Analyst and a role as an Accounting Officer at Viterra. Iain began the accounting career as an Accounting Analyst at SaskTel and gained early experience as a Senior Clerical Associate during a summer position. Iain holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Regina and completed the Chartered Professional Accountants program from 2015 to 2018.
