Tania Pilon Ba

Tania Pilon has worked at Saskatchewan Government Insurance since 2015, starting as an HR Consultant in Health Management and later transitioning to the role of HR Team Lead in the same department in September 2020. Prior to that, they worked at 3sHealth from 2008 to 2015, where they held positions as a Claims Adjuster and later as a Rehabilitation Specialist.

Tania Pilon (she/her) completed their Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice at Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne in 2006. Additionally, they obtained the CPHR certification from CPHR Saskatchewan in 2023.
