Stacy Aikman

Stacy Aikman is an experienced professional in the field of Human Resource Management with over twenty years of leadership experience. Currently serving as an Instructor at Saskatchewan Polytechnic since February 2022, Aikman shares extensive knowledge with students in the School of Business. Prior to this role, Aikman was a Manager and HR Business Partner at CAE from October 2015 to February 2022, contributing to organizational goals, employee engagement, and labor relations. Previous positions include Supervisor of Human Resources at Bombardier Aerospace, Manager of Human Resources at Sysco, and HR Officer at SIAST. Aikman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Certificate in Labour-Management Relations from the University of Saskatchewan, alongside a Business Diploma in Human Resources Management from Saskatchewan Polytechnic.
