David Johnston

David Johnston is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and HR management. At SaskPower, David currently serves as Employee Relations Manager after progressing through roles as Employee Relations Specialist and Human Resources Business Partner since October 2017. Prior experience includes positions at Weatherford, where David worked as Field Operations Manager and Regional HR Advisor from August 2013 to October 2017, and at ParetoLogic Inc. as HR Coordinator from December 2009 to July 2013. David's expertise encompasses a wide range of HR services, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and total rewards, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources with a concentration in Accounting from Bishop's University.
