Hun Lee

Hun Lee, PMP, Prosci, CSM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational improvement, project management, and process improvement. Currently serving as a Consultant for SaskPower since March 2023, Hun also owns and operates Hun Lee Photography, providing high-quality photography and video production services. Previous roles include IT Portfolio Manager and Project Manager with the Government of Saskatchewan, where numerous initiatives focused on planning, performance management, and continuous improvement were led. As Director of the Board of the Friends of Royal Saskatchewan Museum, strategic oversight and operational leadership were provided. Hun’s background includes senior roles in enterprise business analysis and process improvement across various organizations, utilizing Lean methodologies to enhance organizational efficiency. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Regina, specialized training in business analysis, and Lean Improvement Leader Training.
