Raquel Boyko

Raquel Boyko has a diverse range of work experience, beginning in 2004 with roles at Farm Credit Canada as a Manager of the Field Development Program and an Organizational Development Consultant. Raquel then moved on to become a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Farm Credit Canada / Financement agricole Canada from 2009 to 2015. After that, they took on the position of Manager of Talent Acquisition & Employee Relations at Canadian Western Bank from 2015 to 2016. Currently, they are serving as the Director of People Strategies & Programs at SaskPower, a position they have held since December 2016.

Raquel Boyko earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Hons in Psychology from the University of Regina in the years 1992 to 1996. Raquel later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Management at the same university from 2003 to 2005. In addition to their degrees, they obtained various certifications such as Certified Leadership Coach, Predictive Index Certification, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Certification, Anti-Harassment Trainer Certification, Strong Interest Inventory Certification, and Change Management Certification.
