Chris Gillings

Chris Gillings is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Saskatoon Health Region since May 2017, Chris previously worked as a Labour Representative at CLAC from November 2012 to May 2017 and held the position of HR Generalist at Mosaic from June 2005 to May 2012. At Mosaic, responsibilities included recruitment, labour relations, employee relations, performance management, compensation, workforce planning, and collective bargaining. Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Saskatchewan, earned between 1999 and 2004.
