Blair Lothian

Blair Lothian has extensive experience in telecommunications, having served as Director of Carrier Relations at SaskTel since January 1999, overseeing wireless and wireline inter-carrier relationships. Prior roles at Stentor Resource Centre Inc. included Carrier Relations Manager and Director of Business Development, alongside a position as Manager of Global Systems Engineering at Stentor Canadian Network Management. Lothian began a career in network management as Network Transition Manager from April 1993 to December 1996. Education credentials include attendance at Saskatchewan Technical Institute from 1977 to 1978 and graduation from Carlyle High School. Blair Lothian has been retired since February 2018.
