Aletti Weber

Aletti Weber has extensive work experience in the chemical industry. Aletti began their career as a Laboratory Technician at AECI Limited from 1994 to 1996. Aletti then joined Polifin | Sasol Polymers as a Technical Officer and Laboratory Technician from 1997 to 2007. At Polifin | Sasol Polymers, Aletti gained technical expertise in polymer and chlorine laboratories. In 2007, they moved to Sasol, where they held various roles. Aletti initially served as a Quality Manager and Laboratory Manager, overseeing quality management and laboratory safety for nine consecutive years. Aletti's contributions led to superior product quality and ISO9001 re-certification. Since 2017, they have been the Head of Systems Enablement - Operations Support at Sasol. In this role, they lead business process development, re-engineering, and optimization, ensuring alignment with operations' business processes and functional requirements. Aletti also manages the knowledge transfer of best practices and evaluates the effectiveness of operations systems and technology.

Aletti Weber earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Chemistry from Tswane University in the years 1991 to 1999. They also obtained additional certifications in "Design Thinking: Understanding the Process" from LinkedIn in 2022 and "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself" from LinkedIn in 2020.
