Judith Hübner

Judith Hübner has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Judith recently worked at Sasol as the VP Attract, Grow & Diversify, and prior to that, they held the role of VP HR Eurasia/Geschäftsführerin Sasol Germany GmbH. Judith also served as the VP Human Resources & Corporate Affairs at Sasol. Before joining Sasol, they were the Head of Labor Relations Germany at Takeaway.com. Judith has also worked as an HR Professional between jobs and held the position of Leiterin Geschäftseinheit Personal at Berliner Stadtreinigung. Earlier in their career, they worked at Coca-Cola European Partners Deutschland GmbH as the Director HR Business Partner & Business Center, and at Coca-Cola Erfrischungsgetränke AG as an HR Business Partner SC.

Judith Hübner obtained their Abitur degree from Goethe Oberschule in Berlin in 1983. Judith then pursued their studies at Freie Universität Berlin, where they completed their 2. Staatsexamen in Law from 1986 to 1994. In 2014, they attended IEDC - Bled School of Management and earned an MBA degree. Additionally, they completed an Executive MBA program at IEDC - Bled School of Management in 2014-2015, specializing in Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, in 2019-2020, they received a Co-Active Coach certification from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI).
