Mxolisi Shirindza

Mxolisi Shirindza is an experienced mining professional with a robust background spanning over 19 years in the mining industry. Currently serving as Mine Manager at SASOL since August 2013, Mxolisi also held the position of Underground Manager. Prior roles include Production Manager at Rio Tinto (ZAC), where responsibilities encompassed overall management of mining operations including planning and budgeting, and Mining Engineer at Glencore Coal, focusing on operational planning and production forecasting. Mxolisi began the career as Senior Planning Officer at Anglo Coal SA, managing mine planning and compliance, and also fulfilled roles as a Mining Graduate, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
