Patience Lebohang Makhubela

Patience Lebohang Makhubela has held various roles in the field of human resources. Patience Lebohang started their career at ABB South Africa (Pty) Ltd in 2007, where they worked as the Country HR Centre Manager/Talent Manager until January 2011. Patience Lebohang then joined AEL Mining Services as the Group Human Resources Manager from February 2011 to July 2013. Following this, they worked at Imerys as the Country Human Resources Director from August 2013 to February 2019. Currently, Makhubela is the Vice President of Human Resources at Sasol, a position they have held since February 2019.

From 1989 to 1992, Patience Lebohang Makhubela attended the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where they obtained a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree with a focus on Human Resources.
