Thabelo Ligudu

Thabelo Ligudu has work experience as a Chief Geologist at Sasol since November 2021. Before that, they worked as a Data Geologist at Sasol from November 2019 to December 2021. Prior to their time at Sasol, Thabelo served as a QAQC Geologist and Database administrator at GOLD FIELDS from May 2011 to October 2019.

Thabelo Ligudu completed a BSc in Mining and Environmental Geology from the University of Venda for Science and Technology from 2006 to 2010. In 2017, they obtained a certificate in SQL and database management from Leading Edge Academy Online. From 2017 to 2018, they pursued a degree in Data Analysis from the University of Cape Town. Currently, Thabelo is enrolled at Explorer Data Science Academy, working towards a National Certificate in Information Technology: System Development from 2021 to 2022.
