Raluca Chirila

Raluca Chirila has over 8 years of work experience in the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition field. Raluca began their career in 2012 as a Marketing & PR Specialist for Coldwell Banker Transilvania. In 2014, they transitioned to HR Consultant for Sales Consulting. From 2016 to 2019, they worked for Emerson as a Talent Acquisition Lead IT & Engineering and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT & Engineering. In 2021, they joined Talentspace as a Talent Manager, where they were responsible for the delivery of Talentspace's talent acquisition and development goals and oversight of human resources administration. Currently, they are a Sr. Tech Talent Acquisition Manager for Sastrify.

Raluca Chirila obtained their Bachelor's degree from "Babes-Bolyai" University, Faculty of Politics, Communication and Administration, Cluj-Napoca in 2011. In 2017, they earned a Black Belt in Internet Recruitment from Social Talent.
