Stefanie Koch

Stefanie Koch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Stefanie began their career as a Summer Trainee at Bosch in 2013. From there, they worked as a Travel Advisor at TravelBird from 2015 to 2017. Stefanie then joined Deliveroo, where they held several roles including Partner Service Center Support, Account Manager, and Team Lead Business Operations from 2017 to 2019. Afterward, they moved to LemonOne and served as the Team Lead for Partner Acquisition & Coordination from 2019 to 2020. Stefanie then joined Gorillas in 2021 and held the positions of Team Lead Int. Rider Growth and Team Lead Int. Commercial Operations. In 2022, Stefanie worked as a Freelance Consultant before joining Sastrify in 2023 as a Senior Customer Success Manager.

Stefanie Koch has a background in international business and management. Stefanie attended the Amsterdam School of International Business, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in International Business and Management. During their education, they also participated in a student exchange program at Hanyang University, focusing on International Business. In addition to their degree, Stefanie has obtained a certification as an Agile Scrum Master from EXIN in March 2021.
