Job Summary:

The Team Lead - Outbound Sales will manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive the growth of our fintech solutions. This role involves strategic planning, sales management, and team development to achieve and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outbound sales, preferably within the fintech sector, and possess exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Leadership and Management:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of outbound sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, share best practices, and address any challenges.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team, ensuring effective prioritization and allocation of tasks.

·         Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target potential clients and grow the customer base.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns.

·         Performance Management:

  • Set clear performance targets and KPIs for the sales team.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate appropriate training programs to enhance team skills and performance.

·         Client Engagement:

  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.

·         Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and key metrics to senior management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

·         Process Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the team remains competitive.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
