Gabriel Saracila has a strong background in engineering, with extensive experience in the medical device industry. Gabriel currently holds the position of Director Vision Engineering at Satake USA, where they lead a cross-functional team of engineers and defines the technical vision and long-term technology strategy for the product portfolio. Gabriel is also responsible for driving continuous improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

Prior to their current role, Gabriel worked at GE Healthcare, where they served as a Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer Manager. In this role, they oversaw the delivery of new manufacturing technologies and products, championed continuous improvement, and implemented LEAN and Six Sigma processes. Gabriel also held positions as an R&D Team Architect & Lead System Designer and a Sr. Engineer & Project Manager, where they were responsible for the development and testing of advanced MRI superconducting magnets. Additionally, Gabriel served as a Lead Design Engineer, where they redesigned electromagnetic components and provided engineering support on production lines.

Throughout their career, Gabriel has demonstrated their expertise in resolving complex problems through innovative solutions and leveraging cutting-edge technologies. Gabriel has also been a strong advocate for continuous improvement and has achieved significant cost savings for various projects.

Gabriel Saracila's education history begins in 2002 when they enrolled at the University of South Carolina. Gabriel pursued a Master's Degree in Physics and successfully completed the program in 2005. Motivated by their passion for physics, Gabriel continued their education at the same institution and embarked on a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in Physics. Gabriel dedicated himself to their studies for six years, ultimately completing their Ph.D. in 2008.

After establishing a strong academic foundation in physics, Gabriel decided to expand their skill set by pursuing a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA). Gabriel enrolled at the University of South Carolina once again, this time in 2011. Over the course of three years, they gained expertise in various business-related subjects and successfully obtained their MBA in 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Gabriel Saracila achieved a notable certification as a Private Pilot - Instrument rated. In March 2004, they obtained this certification from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), enhancing their practical skills and demonstrating a diverse range of abilities beyond their academic achievements.
