Dale Holland has a diverse and extensive work experience. Dale started their career in 2007 as the Deputy Director of Operations at the White House Military Office, where they played a crucial role in overseeing airlift operations and advising senior staff on air transport policies. In 2009, they attended the USAF Air War College as a student. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2011, they served as the Director of the Executive Review Secretariat at HEADQUARTERS AIR FORCE, where they planned logistics for major military events and supported taskings from senior leadership. In 2011, Dale joined the United States Air Force as the 89th Airlift Wing Vice Commander, responsible for coordinating the transportation of high-profile individuals and providing military support to various mission partners. In 2013, they transitioned to the private sector and became the VP of Business Development at Satcom Direct, where they fostered relationships with government and military leaders to promote commercial satellite communications. At present, they hold important leadership positions within the Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity, starting as the National Vice President in 2018, becoming the National President in 2021, and eventually serving as the Past National President.
Dale Holland has a diverse education history. Dale obtained their Master of Strategic Studies degree from the USAF Air War College in 2010. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Military Operational Art & Science degree at the USAF Air Command and Staff College in 2001. In 1996, they attained a Master of Science in Administration degree from Central Michigan University, with a focus in Public Administration. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Industrial Arts from Kent State University, which they earned in 1988.
In addition to their formal education, Dale Holland also obtained the Satcom Direct Aero IT Certification from CompTIA in August 2015.
