Dr. Mary Woolridge

Dr. Mary Woolridge has a strong background in Agile coaching and Scrum mastering. Dr. Mary has worked in various companies and positions, including their current role as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master at Satelles. In this role, they facilitate Scrum ceremonies, trains team members, and ensures the completion of product backlogs. Prior to Satelles, they worked as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master at Truist Financial Services, where they were responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies and conducting Agile transformation training. Dr. Woolridge also has extensive experience as a Senior Instructor at Western Governors University, where they utilized Scrum-like processes to manage course implementation projects. Additionally, they worked as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master at VMR Enterprises, LLC, where they demonstrated leadership and facilitated Scrum ceremonies. Overall, Dr. Woolridge has a proven track record of driving business process improvements and successfully implementing Agile methodologies.

Dr. Mary Woolridge earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Information Technology from Western Governors University in 2022. Dr. Mary completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Secondary Mathematics Education at Florida State University, and their Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Mathematics at the University of Central Florida. Additionally, Dr. Woolridge obtained a Masters in Educational Leadership from the University of Central Florida. In terms of certifications, they have completed Resilience Training at Western Governors University in February 2020 and obtained the Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance in May 2021.
