Steve Fisher

Steve has over 15 years of business and transaction advisory experience focused on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, valuations, and strategic consulting. His clients have included entrepreneurs, multi-generational family-owned businesses, large international companies, and private equity covering a wide range of industries including manufacturing, healthcare, technology, and business services.

Before joining Raincatcher, Steve served at PMCF, delivering customized merger and acquisition services tailored to specialty companies and niche leaders within the middle-market sector. Steve holds an undergraduate degree in Information Systems from Lehigh University and an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Steve has active FINRA Series 79, 63, and 82 licenses.
