Vladimiro Cardoso Feliz

Vladimiro Cardoso Feliz is an experienced professional currently serving as Director at CEiiA by Colab, focusing on Smart & Sustainable Living since November 2021. Vladimiro has also held the position of City Councilman at Câmara Municipal do Porto, contributing to various initiatives until December 2023, and briefly ran for Mayor in September 2021. Prior to these roles, Vladimiro served as Chief People & Digital Technology Officer and held multiple leadership positions at CEiiA from November 2013 to August 2021. Vladimiro's extensive local government experience includes serving as Deputy Mayor and City Councilman in various capacities from June 2006 to October 2013, responsible for tourism, innovation, leisure, and education. Additionally, Vladimiro has held several chairman and vice-president roles in organizations related to tourism and digital innovation in Porto. Vladimiro is currently pursuing a high degree in Mechanical Engineering at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and has completed executive training in Finance at Porto Business School.
