Philip Natale

Philip Natale has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Philip is currently serving as the Director of IT PMO and Governance at Satellite Healthcare / WellBound since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Optum as the Director of IT Project Management from October 2019 to January 2023. Philip also held positions at ProHEALTH Care, where they served as the Associate Director of PMO from December 2018 to October 2019, and as a Project Manager from June 2015 to October 2019. Additionally, at ProHEALTH Care, they worked as an IT Analyst from July 2013 to June 2015, where they developed a project tracking template for the IT department. Before ProHEALTH Care, they worked as a Business Analyst at Mycroft Inc. from August 2011 to April 2013. Philip gained valuable customer service experience at Best Buy/Geek Squad, where they worked as a Counter Intelligence Agent from September 2007 to February 2012. Philip also worked as a Research Assistant at the Massachusetts Committee on Revenue from September 2009 to December 2009 and as a Summer Development Intern at Seeds of Peace from June 2009 to August 2009.

Philip Natale obtained a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and International Relations from Northeastern University in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from St. Joseph's University New York in 2009. In addition to their formal education, they hold several certifications including Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance and Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute.
