Rachel Baylen-Cruz

Rachel Baylen-Cruz has a diverse work experience in various healthcare organizations. Rachel is currently a Board Member at the Olivia Chan Foundation, a non-profit organization aimed at providing support and understanding to families and kids grieving the loss of a loved one.

Prior to their role at the foundation, Rachel held several positions at Satellite Healthcare/WellBound, including Senior Director of Operations, Director of Operations, and Center Manager for Dialysis Home Therapies. Rachel also worked at DaVita Kidney Care as a Regional Program Director of Home Modalities, Healthcare and Clinical Operations, Interim Regional Operations Director, and Facility Administrator.

Rachel's earlier experience includes working as a Social Worker and Discharge Planner at Kindred Healthcare, as well as serving as the Administrator at Avelina Francisca Residential Care Facility for the Elderly.
