Billy Sevchek Jr started their work experience in 2008 as a Manager on Duty at Mattress Firm, where they headed the competition committee, surpassed monthly sales goals, and prioritized customer satisfaction. From 2009 to 2014, they worked as a Store Sales Manager at Finish Line, managing daily operations, recruiting and training sales individuals, and mentoring Managers in Training. In 2014, Billy worked as a Personal Trainer at Southtown Gym, creating detailed fitness and meal plans for clients and educating them on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. From 2014 to 2017, they served as an Inside Sales Representative at United Rentals, establishing new rental and sales accounts, processing quotations and contracts, and coordinating equipment pick-ups and returns. Since 2017, Billy has been employed as a Sales Account Representative at Satellite Shelters Inc., where they focus on customer service, education, and providing exceptional support for rental and sales accounts.

Billy Sevchek Jr earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Marketing from Mount Union College. Billy attended the college from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at North Royalton High, where they obtained a diploma in Business in the year 2004. Additionally, in March 2013, they successfully obtained certification as an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer from the International Sports Sciences Association.
