David Vilaseca

David Vilaseca has a diverse range of work experience. David served as the Vice President of Research and Development at Satellogic, where they grew the team and established a technology roadmap for the company. David also identified partnerships in academia and the private sector to support the research agenda. Prior to this, they were the Research Director at Satellogic, responsible for creating a research portfolio and executing strategic projects. David was also a Payload Systems Engineer at the same company.

Before joining Satellogic, David was the CTO and Founder of Wisermobile, a position they held from 2008 to 2013. David also worked as a Hardware and Software Developer at RobotGroup from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to these roles, David worked independently as a consultant for electrical engineering solutions for SMEs and as a teacher at a technical high school. David also founded a small startup for mobile app development and coordinated the Argentinian School of Inventors, a program focused on stimulating inventive thinking in children and adolescents.

David began their career as a Hardware and Software Developer at Escuela Técnica ORT, where they worked from 2005 to 2009.

David Vilaseca attended the University of Buenos Aires from 2004 to 2012, where they pursued a degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Signal Processing.
