Qianhui (Victoria) Ren has a diverse work experience in various industries. Qianhui (Victoria) started as a Consulting Intern at Roland Berger in August 2018 and worked until November 2018. From September 2017 to December 2018, they served as a Research Assistant at Princeton University, focusing on Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. During their time there, they conducted literature reviews, implemented field experiments, and assisted in constructing experimental databases. Qianhui also interned at UNICEF as a Private Fundraising and Partnerships Intern from December 2018 to April 2019. Qianhui (Victoria) then worked as an Internet Industry Analysis Intern at ByteDance from May 2020 to September 2020. Qianhui returned to China Renaissance as an Investment Banking Intern from September 2020 to January 2021 before transitioning to their current role as an Investment Banking Analyst since July 2021.
Qianhui (Victoria) Ren completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (Honors Degree) from the University of International Business and Economics from 2015 to 2019. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Public Policy degree with a specialization in Finance & Policy Analysis at the University of Chicago from 2019 to 2021. In September 2019, they also obtained a certification in Intermediate R Programming from Dataquest.io.
