Wen Zhao

Wen Zhao is currently working at China Renaissance as an M&A VP since August 2015. Prior to this, Wen Zhao held positions at Lincoln International, Lazard, BANK OF CHINA GROUP INVESTMENT LIMITED, and ALSTOM (CHINA) INVESTMENT CO., LTD. Wen Zhao holds a Master's degree in Finance from Peking University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Nankai University. Wen Zhao is responsible for identifying trend-driven M&A opportunities and managing projects, with a focus on strategic buyers in key industries such as consumer, internet, enterprise services, and blockchain.
