Christian Leonhardt

Christian Leonhardt is an experienced Applications Engineer in Precision Optics at Saltisloh GmbH since January 2006, specializing in the production of aspherical and freeform surfaces. Responsibilities include the development of customer-specific solutions, optimization of CNC manufacturing processes, and conducting machine presentations and training globally. Prior to this role, Christian held various positions at Leica Camera AG from 1997 to 2005, including Group Leader of the aspherical manufacturing department, focusing on process optimization and resource management. Christian’s education includes a Certified Technician degree in Mechanical Engineering and extensive training in CNC technology and precision optics.
