Heflin Josiah Raj

Heflin Josiah Raj possesses extensive experience in research and development, particularly in optical coatings and data analysis. Currently serving as a Research and Development Project Manager at Satisloh since July 2020, responsibilities include project management, optical coating designs, and programming in Python and C#. Prior roles at ODL Srl from March 2005 to June 2020 involved positions as Research and Development Manager, Senior Research and Development Engineer, and Thin Film Process Engineer, focusing on thin film coatings and process analysis. Additionally, Heflin managed music production at Josiah Heflin Studios from March 2002 to April 2019 and co-founded Channels of Love Charitable Trust in 1996, contributing to charitable initiatives in India. With a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from Bharathiar University, accolades include a Public Favourite Award for the music video “Nigher” at an Italian short film festival.
