Hance Tharakan has worked in the field of RFIC and Analog Design since 2013. In 2013, they were an Analog Design Engineer at LSI Corporation. From 2014 to 2016, they were an Analog/RFIC Design Engineer at Toumaz Ltd, where they owned the design of ECG and thermal sensors and a multi-modulus Frequency Divider and 40.0 MHz low phase noise Crystal oscillator. In 2016, they moved to EnSilica as a Senior RFIC/Analog Design Engineer. Finally, in 2018, they joined SatixFy as a Senior RFIC Design Engineer, where they owned the receiver chip for Ka-band and was responsible for design and delivery of RX-Front End subsystem, integration and floor planning of the entire chip, top-level simulation, and layout supervision.
Hance Tharakan obtained a Master's Degree in MicroElectronics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay in 2013.
