Johanna Koramo has a diverse work experience, specializing in human resources. Johanna has served as the VP of Human Resources at SATO, where they developed and implemented the company's People Strategy. Johanna also held the position of Senior HR Manager at UPM - The Biofore Company and Pöyry, where they drove and implemented the people agenda in their respective organizations. Johanna was a member of the board at Suomen Kaukokiito Oy, Helsingin Kaukokiito Oy, Varsinais-Suomen Kaukokiito Oy.
