Charlotte Carlén

Charlotte Carlén is an accomplished professional in the fitness industry, currently serving as an Official Adidas Sponsored Athlete since July 2023 and as a Fystränare at SDE Hockey. As the Business Owner of NTC powered by Les Mills since June 2017, Charlotte manages four gyms and group fitness studios. Additionally, Charlotte is the Founder of 3DTräna Gravid, an app designed for three-dimensional training tailored to the stages and challenges of pregnancy. Charlotte also provides consulting services in recruitment, sales development, and health development through Carlén Holding AB and collaborates with organizations such as Cape Media and Les Mills. With experience as a Master Trainer and Program Specialist at Les Mills since January 2012, Charlotte trains group fitness instructors and creates educational content. Charlotte has been a Group Fitness Instructor at SATS since March 2008 and held roles as a Sponsored Athlete for Reebok until March 2023 and as Sales Manager in previous corporate positions. Education was completed at Linköping University from 2001 to 2004.
