Manasa Gonchigar

Manasa Gonchigar is an accomplished entrepreneur and innovator with a strong background in deep technology and food safety. As the founder of Pure Scan AI since May 2019, Manasa leads efforts to enhance food safety through advanced detection of chemicals and adulteration. Currently serving as an Entrepreneur in Residence at SatSure, previous roles include growth consulting at Neoperk Technologies, Chief of Staff at Fyn, and participation in the Thought For Food Global cohort focused on food safety and traceability. Earlier experiences also encompass co-founding InfyU Labs, where affordable color meters were developed for the textile industry, and research positions at prestigious institutions such as IIT Madras and IISc. Manasa holds a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering Physics from IIT Madras.
