Saturday Academy engages motivated young people in hands-on, in-depth learning and problem solving by connecting them with community experts as instructors and mentors. Saturday Academy provides out-of-school time hands-on, project-based classes and summer day camps Afterschool classes, an in-school accelerated learning program and a state-wide summer high school Apprenticeship in Science and Engineering (ASE) program Our vision is that all interested, pre-college students in our region will have the opportunity to interact with community experts and experience professional environments in ways that assist them in developing intellectually and preparing for rewarding careers.
