Yukti Gill

Yukti Gill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics, social science, and academia. As the Cofounder and Managing Director of Satyukt Analytics Private Limited since July 2018, Yukti leads innovative projects in data analysis. Prior to this role, Yukti served as a Social Scientist and HR Manager at Aapah Innovations from December 2016 to May 2018, and as an Assistant Professor in the Psychology Department at Banasthali University between July 2015 and December 2016. Yukti holds a PhD in Organizational Justice, Attitude, and Positive Personal Attributes of Indian software employees from Banaras Hindu University, along with a Masters in Organizational Behavior and a Bachelors in Applied Psychology (Hons) from Delhi University.
