Thomas Hartmann

Thomas Hartmann is an experienced IT leader currently serving as Head of IT at Sauber Group since June 2021. Prior to this role, Thomas held positions at HRS Real Estate AG as Leiter IT, where responsibilities included overseeing IT operations across multiple locations, initiating digitalization projects, and migrating IT infrastructure to Microsoft Azure. Thomas also led the IT department at Early Warning System GmbH, implementing a fraud detection system and managing a multicultural team. Previous experience includes roles at Johnson & Johnson, where Thomas managed Business Intelligence projects, and at Terotech AG, focusing on LAN administration and technical CAD design.
