Carlos Orozco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in deal desk management and customer support across various sectors. Currently serving as the Deal Desk Manager EMEA at Sauce Labs since September 2022, Carlos previously held roles at Coupa Software and LinkedIn, contributing to deal desk operations in the EMEA region. Earlier career experiences include a position as Partner Relationship Manager at Symantec and customer service roles at viagogo. Carlos Orozco holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Psychology from A.E.P.C. and a Business Analytics certificate from Wharton Online, along with degrees in Strategic Leadership and Management from Gies College of Business and a BS (hons.) in Psychology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
