Poonam Arora

Poonam Arora is a seasoned professional in customer support and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Support at Sauce Labs since May 2016, following a progression through various roles including Staff Customer Support Engineer, Senior Customer Support Engineer, and Customer Support Engineer. Prior to Sauce Labs, Poonam held positions at Oracle from June 2012 to April 2015, serving as Senior Program Manager and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer. Poonam's career began at Parametric Technology Corporation, where a role as Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer was held from June 2007 to July 2010. Poonam earned a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from George Mason University.
