Franky Guzman

Chief of Staff at Saucey

Franky Guzman has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. Their first role was as a Front of House Manager at ediBOL in 2015. Franky then moved to ChowNow in 2016 as a Customer Success Representative. In 2017, they became a Customer Engagement Specialist at Aspiration. In 2018, they joined Saucey as a Growth Operations Manager and Customer Success Manager. Finally, in 2020, they became Chief of Staff at Emjay, where they led the operations team merger and standardized operating procedures creation for four departments, implemented the first full customer support team and escalations model, led two expansion teams for new licenses and retail launches, and partnered with COO and VP of finance to establish department budgets, performance indicators, and P&L for retail locations. Franky also managed six direct reports.

Franky Guzman attended Riverside City College from 2011 to 2013, where they earned an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in General Studies. Franky then attended the University of California, Los Angeles from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology.
