Stephanie Cuevas has a varied work experience beginning in 2012. Stephanie started as a Sales Associate & Cashier at Toys R Us in 2012, and then served as an Office Assistant & Marketing Intern at Salud Digna USA in the same year. In 2013, they worked as a Sales Associate at Nader's Furniture Store. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Apollo USA as an Assistant Account Executive and then at Walmart as a Sales Associate, Customer Service Cashier. In 2018, they began working at Air Charter Service, Inc. in the roles of Executive Assistant and Cargo Sales Assistant. Currently, Stephanie is employed at Saucey as a Team Lead and Customer Success & Dispatch, where they are responsible for assisting customers with personalized solutions to issues and questions that arise from orders over the phone, SMS, and email. Stephanie is also part of the live ops teams dedicated to order success and ensuring couriers are being assigned the most efficient routes to diminish order delays as well as communicating with couriers and retail partners to help resolve any issues that may come up. Additionally, they assist the engineering team by tracking and reporting any technical issues and bugs.

Stephanie Cuevas began their educational journey in 2011 at El Camino College, where they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Stephanie continued their studies in 2019 at West Los Angeles College, where they are currently pursuing an Associate Degree for Transfer (ADT) in Business Administration and Management, General.
