Gustavo Amorim

Gustavo Amorim has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Gustavo most recently worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Saúde Bliss. Prior to that, they served as a Backend Engineer at Peek, where they developed and implemented integrations with Square and Apple Wallet, and also facilitated the transition to an agile delivery process as a Scrum Master.

Before their role at Peek, Gustavo worked as a Full Stack Engineer at Clutch. Gustavo then joined iFood as a Senior Software Engineer, where they introduced Kotlin backend services, led initiatives such as Face Recognition and Handshake, and achieved cost savings and fraud reduction for the company.

Gustavo also has experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Guiabolso, where they improved data extraction time and reduced the error rate of backend services, and as a Backend Engineer at Mandaê, where they optimized the transportation process and built and maintained routines for shipping companies.

Gustavo Amorim's education history begins with a High School Diploma in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology, obtained from Instituto Tecnológico de Barueri from 2010 to 2012. Gustavo then pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Systems Analysis from Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo - FATEC-SP, completing it from 2013 to 2017. Later, they pursued a Postgraduate Degree in Software Architecture from FIAP in 2023-2024.
