Asim Almanashi

Asim Almanashi has extensive experience in portfolio management and project management. Asim currently holds the role of Head of Portfolio Management Office at Public Investment Fund (PIF), where they oversee portfolio companies' strategic objectives, KPIs, and milestones. Prior to this, they served as the PMO Director at flynas and as a Portfolio Manager at the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF). Asim also has experience in the Ministry of Labor and Social Development (MLSD), where they held the positions of Portfolio Manager and Senior Project Manager, leading the planning, implementation, and monitoring of various projects. Asim Almanashi began their career as a Project Manager at ELM and has a strong background in project management processes and procedures.

Asim Almanashi completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Electronic Commerce from Dalhousie University from 2009 to 2011. Asim then pursued a Master of Research degree from Kingston University from 2014 to 2016. In 2021 and 2022, they enrolled in Harvard Business School Online to study Leadership with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. As of 2023, Asim is pursuing an IMD Board Director Diploma from IMD. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications in areas such as high-performance board, business strategy, boards and risks, strategy governance for boards, team dynamics for boards, and more.
