Cedric Cros

Cedric Cros currently serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) since January 2023, focusing on corporate strategy, planning, execution, and performance management. Prior to this role, Cedric held the position of Strategy Director and Investment Attraction at the Qatar Free Zones Authority from August 2019 to November 2022, contributing to Qatar's economic diversification aligned with its 2030 National Vision. Cedric's earlier experience includes working as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, where Cedric advised top financial institutions and government entities on strategic initiatives, and as Chief of Staff to the Chairman at BNP Paribas, where Cedric designed a significant group strategic plan. Additional roles included various strategic advisory capacities at BNP Paribas and work as a Commercial Attaché at the Embassy of France in China, along with notable academic credentials from institutions such as ENA and Harvard Business School.
