Dr. Sarah Hill

Dr. Sarah Hill is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive leadership and academic roles. Currently serving as Executive Project Director at the Public Investment Fund since June 2023, Dr. Hill also holds a position as Adjunct Professor at the University of Technology Sydney since April 2015. Dr. Hill's previous roles include Director of Rowing NSW Board, Chair of the Western Sydney Transport Infrastructure Panel for the Australian Government, and Chief Executive Officer of the Western Parkland City Authority. Notably, Dr. Hill was the inaugural CEO of the Commission, leading the co-creation of a 40-year vision and 20-year plan for Greater Sydney. Dr. Hill's educational background includes a PhD in the economics of city planning from the University of Sydney, complemented by qualifications from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Harvard Business School, and the University of Leeds.
