Maram al Johani

Maram Al Johani currently serves as a member of the Ethics and ESG Committee at El Seif Engineering Contracting since August 2024. With extensive experience at the Public Investment Fund (PIF) since May 2017, Maram has held multiple senior roles, including Senior Director and Head of Data and Committees Governance and Advisory Department, as well as Secretary to both the PIF Board Investment Committee and the PIF Board Risk Committee. Previous positions at PIF included Director of Reporting and Committees Management Department and Vice President of Board and Committees Affairs. Maram's career began at PwC, where responsibilities included roles as Senior Associate and Associate in Core Assurance Services. Academically, Maram holds a Program for Leadership Development from Harvard Business School, an MBA in Finance from Prince Sultan University, and a Bachelor's degree in Translation from King Saud University.
