Sunil Prashara

Sunil Prashara has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Sunil most recently served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer for the Public Investment Fund (PIF) starting in 2023. Before that, they held the position of President & Chief Executive Officer at the Project Management Institute from 2019 to 2022, where they implemented a new future strategy and made significant improvements to the organization's operating model and market positioning.

Prior to their role at the Project Management Institute, Sunil Prashara was the CEO of i1too, a start-up sales accelerator for digital propositions in the Telecoms sector, from 2016 to 2019. Sunil also briefly served as the CEO of Expereo International in 2016.

From 2013 to 2016, Sunil Prashara was the EVP Executive Board - Vodafone Enterprise at Vodafone, responsible for global B2B sales operations and digital transformation. During their time at Vodafone, they led multiple digital transformation projects and implemented the Salesforce suite across all Vodafone entities.

Before joining Vodafone, Sunil Prashara held the position of EVP - Group Head of Sales - Worldwide at Nokia from 2010 to 2013, where they were responsible for growing $8 billion in global annual revenues. Sunil also led a major sales restructure in 2012.

Sunil Prashara began their career at Accenture as Managing Director in the Asia Pacific region from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Commercial Director at Perot Systems Corporation from 1995 to 2005.
