Cristiana Jurgensen

Cristiana Jurgensen has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Cristiana currently holds the position of Middle School Principal at Saudi Aramco Expatriate Schools since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Diversity and Inclusion Division Program Director and Associate Principal at Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company (SATORP) from August 2013 to April 2020. Additionally, they worked as the Lower School Principal at The American School of Rio de Janeiro from August 2010 to May 2013. Throughout their career, Jurgensen has demonstrated a commitment to fostering inclusive corporate cultures and promoting growth through embracing individual differences.

Cristiana Jurgensen completed their Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Organizational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University, between 2003 and 2007.
