Sarah al Gosaibi

Sarah Al Gosaibi is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality management and business analysis. Currently serving as the Director Manager of Quality and Follow-up at SDAIA since March 2021, Sarah has previously held roles including Business System Analyst at the National Information Center from February 2019 to April 2021, where responsibilities spanned research, translation, and project management. Acting as Customer Care Manager at the Saudi Central Bank in late 2018, Sarah addressed departmental issues, particularly in collections. Prior experience includes roles as a Social Media Specialist and Customer Service Supervisor at Fransi Leasing, along with foundational positions as a Web Application Developer and Call Center Agent. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science specializing as an Information System Analyst from Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University.
